With WooCommerce active, the Kit adds two template types to the Theme Builder, a set of shop widgets, and a shop layout that uses the site’s container width and buttons even before you build a template.

Templates

Both take the same display conditions as other templates, so a category can have a template of its own.

Widgets

Under the WooCommerce category in the panel: Menu Cart is a header cart icon with a slide-out panel showing the items, totals and buttons. Cart, Checkout, My Account and Order Summary wrap WooCommerce’s own pages and style them; payment, tax and legal behaviour stays in WooCommerce’s templates. In the editor they show a placeholder, because the editor has no customer, session or cart.

Shop layout without a template

Where no Bevel template claims the page, the Kit still tidies WooCommerce’s default output: the shop uses the site’s container width, the rating sits above the product name, the breadcrumb sits inside the product summary, and the site’s button styles reach WooCommerce’s buttons. A store that has never set a catalogue size gets 4 products per row and 12 per page; a store that has keeps its own.

Page cache

The page cache never stores the cart, checkout, account pages, or any page viewed with items in the cart. See Page cache.
