Dynamic tags

Dynamic tags feed live values into controls: a heading shows the post title, an image shows the featured image, a button links to the author’s page. Click the database icon beside a control to pick one. The free editor shows Elementor Pro’s tags as placeholders; the Kit registers working ones under the same groups.

Site

Tag	Value
Site Title, Site Tagline, Site Logo, Site URL	The site’s own.
Page Title	The title of whatever is being viewed.
Internal URL	The address of a chosen page, post, term, media file, author or post type archive.
Current Date Time	Now, in the site’s date and time format or a custom one.
Request Parameter	A value from the address (`?ref=…`), a form post or a query var.
Shortcode	The output of any shortcode.
User Info	The logged-in user’s display name, username, first or last name, bio, email, website, or a meta field.
User Profile Picture	Their avatar.

Post

Tag	Value
Post Title, Post URL, Post ID	The post’s own.
Post Excerpt	The excerpt, trimmed to a word count with an ending of your choice.
Post Date, Post Time	Published or modified, in the site format, a human-readable form (“2 days ago”) or a custom format.
Post Terms	The post’s terms in a taxonomy, linked, with a separator and a maximum.
Post Custom Field	Any meta value.
Featured Image, Post Gallery	The thumbnail; the attached images.
Featured Image Data	The featured image’s title, alt, caption, description or file URL.

Archive, author and comments

Archive Title, Archive Description, Archive URL and Archive Meta (a term meta value). Author Name, Author Info (bio, email, website, nickname, names, username), Author Meta, Author URL, Author Profile Picture. Comments Number (with texts for none, one and many) and Comments URL.

Actions

Contact URL: an email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Skype, Viber or Waze link built from the fields you fill.
Lightbox: opens a video or image in Elementor’s lightbox.
Popup: opens, closes or toggles a popup. See Popups.

ACF

When Advanced Custom Fields is active: ACF Field, ACF Number, ACF Image, ACF Gallery, ACF URL, ACF File, ACF Color and ACF Date Time. Values resolve against the real post while a template is previewed.
